Payment

Payment can be made by one of the following:

  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Afterpay

Delivery

  • Purchases over $100 – Free Delivery Australia Wide only
  • Postage within Australia = $15 flat fee
  • Metro areas within Australia 2-6 business days
  • All other areas within Australia 3-12 business days
  • Please contact us for International delivery charges
  • Please note, delivery times are only estimates. We endeavour to have your parcel to you as quickly as possible however sometimes instances occur which are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding in these circumstances.
  • International buyers. Please contact us should you wish to make a purchase as delivery charges will be dependent on location and weight.

Returns / Refunds

  • Once you have received your parcel if the item is defective please contact us within 5 days of delivery date to advise of the issue. We will then issue you with a return number and a form which will need to be sent back with the parcel as well as your purchase receipt documentation. It is at the discretion of Love Leasa once the item has been received, assessed and deemed faulty, as to whether a refund will be made.
  • All tags must still be attached and in its original packaging, no signs of wear or perfumes on garments and all swimwear returns to have hygiene label in tact.
  • Love Leasa does not refund for change of mind. If you find the sizing is incorrect we are more than happy for you to return the garment for either change of size (if available) or a store credit (valid for 1 year). Return postage is at the cost to the customer.
  • Handbags are handmade and may contain imperfections as stated on our website, please consider this prior to returning your purchase, as refunds may be refused.
  • No Returns on SALE or Clearance items.
  • No Returns on sample items or items listed as seconds.

Sizing / Prints-Patterns

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate sizing measurements however they are only approximates and used to help you with your purchases. Garment measurements are in cm and are taken whilst the garment is lying flat. Please take into consideration garments with elasticated waist etc or stretch material as the product will of course stretch to suit. We will put as much information regarding our sizing for each garment on the product page to help you as much as possible.

With regards to the prints on each garment, this may slightly differ from each garment shown on the product picture. In other words, the prints may be the same but positioned in slightly different areas of the garment.
